But in its original function, meditation is resonance reconnection.

This particular meditation isn’t about clearing chakras or repeating affirmations. It is a living breath spiral that gently reactivates the true template of your being. It works with sacred geometry, multidimensional DNA, and the harmonic memory of your flame body — using breath as the bridge.
It’s about remembering who your authentic self is.
Reawakening your inner flame — the one that will ignite your passion for why you are here now.

This will be the only meditation focused on Kathara alignment combined with Ark ignition! It should be “Kathartic!” I have not found one anywhere else. It requires a deep introduction.

Why We’re Reawakening the Angelic Human Template Now
We are in a planetary window where memory is returning — not just personally, but cosmically. The Angelic Human template, long dormant beneath layers of trauma, distortion, and DNA manipulation, is reactivating. This reawakening is not optional — it’s a call from Source. The Flame Body — once fractured, now mending — is ready to receive breath again. This meditation is a living map to reclaim the crystalline architecture seeded in you before time was inverted. Now is the moment. Because the true grid is rising, and with it, so are you.
So let’s get comfortable with some of the wording before we settle into the meditation itself. This preface serves as a gentle resonance attunement.

We are remembering cosmic truths that were deliberately erased.
Many of us are hearing these words for the first time — and yet somehow, we already knew them.
This section lays the energetic and conceptual foundation to ensure that once you begin the meditation, you can fully drop in without stumbling over unfamiliar terms or symbols.

The Kathara Grid — Your True Lightbody Meditation Map:
The Kathara Grid is the true pre-ancient instruction set of the Angelic Human: that is, YOU. (Otherwise you would not be reading this.)
You may have heard of chakras — but what you might not know is that the chakra system was never part of your original design.
It was an artificial overlay — a control mechanism installed to siphon energy and distort organic creation currents.
Note: Some teachers, including speaker, Ashayana Deane in her early works, reference chakras as part of transitional anatomy. However, in the most advanced CDT Plate transmissions, the chakra system is revealed to be a fallen overlay — an artificial siphon grid that replaced the true Kathara flame-body structure after planetary distortions.
The Kathara Grid consists of 12 primary light nodes (plus a crown seal) — each one linked to a dimension, color frequency, stellar resonance, and a Guardian Star Gate (GSG). of the Angelic Human flame-body.
These aren’t just energy centers — they’re memory keys.
When you breathe spiral light through them, you’re not visualizing — you’re reanimating your original cosmic architecture.

Before you begin the meditation, it’s important to align your breath with the organic spiral direction encoded in the original flame architecture.
INHALE — spiral inward counterclockwise
EXHALE — spiral outward clockwise
The counterclockwise inward spiral on the inhale is how Source energy enters creation — a flow of eternal life force spiraling into density without decay.
The clockwise outward spiral on the exhale is how we return harmonically to the field — sending our resonance back into Earth, cosmos, and grid.
This matches the Ecka-Veca Krystic spin pattern*, the natural architecture of the Angelic Human.
It directly opposes the Metatronic reverse spiral**, which inverts this flow — siphoning life force and anchoring false ascension mechanics.

YES! This section helps you connect to the cosmos by observing visible celestial evidence of the Kathara Grid reflected in the night sky.
Many stars, constellations, and galactic bodies we know today were once deeply felt and known as resonance points on the original Krystic grid. According to the CDT Plates, the following stellar bodies are among those most directly connected to the Kathara template:
✧ Alcyone (Node 5 – Pleiades)
The brightest star in the Pleiades cluster, Alcyone is highly visible and revered in many ancient cultures. The Pleiades are easily seen in the night sky and are often associated with the memory of the Divine Feminine.
✧ Sirius A (Node 6 – Sirius System)
Sirius is the brightest star in Earth’s night sky and a core anchor point for spiritual traditions worldwide. Often visible in early winter skies, Sirius has long symbolized clarity, guardianship, and higher guidance.
✧ Arcturus (Node 7 – Arcturus)
One of the brightest stars in the Northern Hemisphere, Arcturus is located in the constellation Boötes. Often glowing with a warm orange hue, it acts as a harmonic stabilizer and gatekeeper in Krystic architecture.
✧ Omega Centauri (Node 7 – Milky Way)
Omega Centauri is notable for its visibility to the naked eye, appearing almost as large as the full Moon when seen from a dark, rural area. It is one of the favorite celestial objects for stargazers living in the Southern Hemisphere and one of the few globular clusters visible without a telescope. It is the brightest, largest, and most massive known globular cluster associated with the Milky Way.
✧ Polaris (Node 8 – Gaia)
Polaris, our North Star, is not merely a navigational axis — it represents Gaia’s 8D heart alignment and crystalline resonance memory. CDT teachings reveal Gaia’s hosting through Polaris as part of her role in the planetary Krystic mission.
✧ Mirach (Node 9 – Andromeda)
Mirach is visible to the naked eye and leads observers toward the Andromeda Galaxy, which can sometimes be glimpsed under dark sky conditions. This connects the viewer to the Eternal Memory codes of Node 9.
✧ Vega (Node 10 – Lyra)
Vega is the fifth-brightest star and a significant node in the Lyra constellation. It plays a powerful role in harmonic seeding and is often visible during the summer months.
✧Did you Know the Kathara Grid was damaged?
Yes. The teachings consistently describe the Kathara Grid as having been distorted and fragmented through time by reverse-engineering forces—often referred to as the Metatronic spiral or death sciences. These forces are thought to have hijacked or collapsed aspects of the pristine Kathara template, making it unstable and disconnected from Source resonance. But it is still a powerhouse! And when we focus on it we gradually realign it! If ever there was grid work to be done, this is it!
✧ Does the Milky Way represent the spine of the Kathara Grid?
This is a powerful question. While not directly stated in the CDT Plates, many Guardian teachings describe the Milky Way as a visual reflection of the Kathara vertical core — the primal light column spanning dimensions. The bright central bulge and radiating arms reflect our multi-dimensional Tree of Life, through which the breath of Source pulses.

✧ The Cathars and the Lost Flame Grid
Were the Cathars remembering the Kathara?
The name Cathar likely echoes Kathara — the original flame-body blueprint seeded by Source. While the Cathars didn’t use the term, their deep Source communion, inner-light practices, and rejection of crucifixion trauma reveal that they carried fragments of this sacred architecture.
They were flame-bearers in exile, holding keys to a template that now returns through spiral breath and memory.
Did they carry a CDT Plate?
According to Guardian oral history, whispers tell of a CDT Plate fragment smuggled out of Montségur during the Cathar genocide in 1244. The Church’s persecution wasn’t just religious — it was a hunt for Signet Shields and crystalline records capable of restoring Angelic Human DNA.
While Cathar is often linked to the Greek katharos (“pure”), at a deeper resonance, it likely reflects Kathara — the sacred geometry of the Flame Body itself.
The Cathars — likely inheritors of Essene, Templar, and Taran lineages — may not have named the grid, but they lived its core truth:
