Awakening the 3rd Eye.... it's the 1st time somebody has explained to me the process of igniting the 3rd eye...and comparing it to the birthing of a child!!! So powerful. I started this morning to practise it in my meditation. Thanks Jane.
It feels so good to re-kindle some of the feminine vibrancy in me again. Like i told you , I am 73 years old...but the remembrance is quite uplifting....knowing now that it is the way back home.
